CruxRelay is an early, human-reviewed product used to test commercial workflows. Features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. No uptime, support, or service-level commitment is offered in this beta.
First Customer Sprint
The Sprint is a selective program for a limited founding cohort. Applications are free. For selected B2B AI founders, CruxRelay may help shape a paid-proof offer, research relevant buyer roles, prepare founder-approved outreach, and facilitate mutual-opt-in introductions. The 45-day first-paid-proof goal is a target, not a guarantee. Applying or being selected does not guarantee an introduction, meeting, design partner, customer, paid proof, purchase, revenue, or result by any date.
No verified match or professional advice
Capability Passports, buyer hypotheses, readiness assessments, Problem Briefs, and Proof Plans are drafts. They are not vendor certification, legal advice, security approval, procurement approval, investment advice, or a guarantee of performance.
Your information and authority
You must have the right to submit the information you provide. Do not submit credentials, secrets, confidential customer materials, regulated data, personal customer records, or content whose processing would violate another person’s rights. Sprint applications are retained for up to 90 days for review and follow-up as described in the privacy notice, unless the applicant is accepted, requests continued contact, or a longer period is legally required.
Private validation receipts and optional public proof
Unless you exclude the run before starting, the browser submits a private, time-limited validation receipt after it generates a signed-in report, as described in the Privacy Notice. The server verifies the account and receipt time but does not independently attest that the client completed every AI stage. The receipt is therefore an authenticated self-report that a named account tested a stated product; it does not prove the product works, that the output helped, or that a customer was acquired. CruxRelay will not present it as a testimonial or verified completion.
You may separately volunteer a usefulness choice and optional outcome for possible display on the CruxRelay website. That submission remains private and pending human review unless CruxRelay accepts it for publication. You confirm that any outcome you submit is truthful and that you have authority to identify and link the product. You may withdraw website-display permission through the product control or Contact CruxRelay; withdrawal removes the display-safe submission fields and prevents future use, subject to the minimal audit record described in the Privacy Notice.
Human decisions and introductions
Users remain responsible for claims, evidence, data access, provider diligence, security, legal terms, pricing, integrations, purchasing, and every scale, revise, or stop decision. Outreach attributed to a founder requires that founder’s approval. Identifying information is shared for an introduction only after the relevant founder and prospective counterparty both opt in. CruxRelay does not autonomously contact, contract, purchase, or release payments.
Prohibited beta use
Do not use the beta for consequential healthcare, credit, employment, biometric, children’s, defence, autonomous payment-release, or other high-risk decisions. Do not use it to create fake testimonials, fake buyer demand, misleading security claims, or pay-to-rank behavior.
Commercial terms
No fee is charged to apply through this web beta, and no applicant may pay to improve selection or ranking. Any future Sprint fee, orchestration fee, paid-proof budget, refund term, or provider agreement requires separate written terms and human acceptance before payment.
