HomeMETHOD / EVIDENCE BEFORE EXPOSURE

CruxRelay does not turn internet activity into invented demand.

The product separates product evidence, buyer evidence, commercial readiness, and verified outcomes so that AI helps structure decisions without fabricating confidence.

Evidence ladder

L0Mention

Generic claim or public marketing copy

L1First-person signal

A buyer or builder describes the event

L2Quantified signal

Volume, cost, time, artifact, or gate is named

L3Interview-confirmed

The owner validates the workflow and evidence

L4Financial commitment

Budget-authorized paid proof or purchase

Social research can support L0–L2 only. CruxRelay requires direct confirmation for L3 and money or an authorized commitment for L4.

Agent and human responsibilities

Extract, structure, compare, identify missing evidence, draft scopes, propose metrics, and surface commercial or procurement risks.

Humans must

Approve claims, buyer qualification, provider inclusion, pricing, messages, access, contracts, purchasing, and outcome verification.

Current research base

CruxRelay’s beta thesis is informed by global social listening and category research, but neither is presented as product-market fit. The initial launch asks whether the same AP exception problem reaches L3/L4 in one regional cell.
